Privacy-First CommitmentAeroSIM Global collects the absolute minimum information required to deliver your eSIM service. We do NOT require customer account passwords, government identity documents, or invasive tracking scripts.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your chosen delivery method during checkout, we collect:

  • Email Address (Optional): Only if you choose email delivery to receive your eSIM QR code and receipt.
  • Tracking Code: Generated locally and pseudorandomly to retrieve your order without an email address.
  • Order & Transaction Details: Selected destination plan, timestamps, crypto transaction hashes, and provisioned eSIM LPA string.
  • Essential Technical Data: Server request IP headers and essential session tokens strictly necessary for cart management and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Provision your prepaid travel eSIM with international telecom partner networks.
  • Deliver activation instructions, QR codes, and SM-DP+ server credentials.
  • Verify blockchain cryptocurrency payment receipts.
  • Provide customer support via our self-service automated assistant.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. Telecom carrier partners receive only the technical identifier (ICCID / IMSI) required to route cellular data.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly essential browser storage to persist your shopping cart and admin sessions. We do not embed invasive cross-site advertising trackers or analytics pixels.
