1. Service Scope

AeroSIM Global provides prepaid data-only eSIM profiles intended for international travelers. Services are sold on a prepaid, finite data allowance basis without recurring subscription contracts.

2. Device Compatibility & Carrier Lock

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their device is carrier-unlocked and hardware-compatible with eSIM technology prior to purchase. Most modern iPhones, Samsung Galaxy flagships, and Google Pixel devices support eSIM.

3. Validity & Activation

The validity period of each eSIM data plan begins when the profile connects to a supported local partner network in the destination country for the first time, unless explicitly designated otherwise.

4. Payment & Crypto Rates

Payments in cryptocurrency are quoted with a locked exchange rate valid for 20 minutes from invoice generation. Customers must ensure the exact quoted crypto amount is sent to avoid underpayment processing delays.

5. Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for unlawful activities, unauthorized telecommunications bypass, DDoS attacks, or unsolicited mass spamming.
